Troys touring capitol building

Harold and Evelyn Troy set off on a tour of the capitol building in Washington Friday afternoon, after stopping into Sen. Mike McIntyre's office to finalize arrangements for Tuesday. At the senator's office, they met up with an old friend, Vivian Posey Lipfort, who they first met in the 1960s when she worked for Congressman Charlie Rose and is now the chief of constituent services for McIntyre.
